A little clarity

Are these instant-confirmation packages?
No. We first check the current availability of your preferred hotels, houseboat and vehicle. You receive a transparent quotation, and your trip is confirmed only after you approve it and the required advance is verified.
Can the itinerary be customised?
Yes. Dates, hotel category, pace, destinations, vehicle type and meal preferences can all be adjusted. The sample packages are useful starting points rather than fixed group departures.
What is usually paid separately in Kashmir?
Flights, activity tickets and local union vehicles for certain inner routes are usually separate. Your quotation clearly lists inclusions and exclusions so there are no hidden surprises.
How much advance is required?
The advance depends on hotel and season, and is shown on your quotation. We do not ask for payment until availability and terms have been shared with you.
Will someone help during the trip?
Yes. You receive your driver and local coordinator details before arrival, with phone and WhatsApp assistance during your journey.
